    Setting a budget is one of the first things you need to do when planning a big corporate event.     3 – Market the event

    Spreading the word about your event is just as important as planning it. Start by thinking about your audience and how they like to get their information. Do they check their email often? Scroll through social media? Maybe they respond to ads online. Focus on the channels that make the most sense for them.

    Mix up how you promote the event to keep people interested. Early-bird tickets can create excitement, and working with influencers can help you reach more people. Make sure you also create a simple, good-looking event website or landing page where people can easily find all the details.
