    Look at what training your company offers about harassment and reporting. This could show how serious the company is about keeping the workplace safe. You should also know if there are strong privacy measures in place.

    When to Seek Legal Counsel: Key Considerations

    When should you seek the help of a lawyer for sexual harassment in the workplace? If your employer didn’t do anything about unwelcome behavior that kept happening, you should get help from a lawyer.

    Your lawyer will want to know if you thought there was a threat against you for reporting the harassment, if you faced any form of retaliation, or if the harassment persisted after you reported it. Your lawyer will be able to make a stronger case for you if you have more evidence.
